How do I renew my subscription?
You may renew (or extend) your subscription at any time, by logging into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and simply selecting the magazine you would like to renew.
Alternatively you can phone us (on 0860 100 205) or e-mail us (email@example.com), please have your subscriber number handy. If you are calling from outside of South Africa please use +27 (21) 530 3255 or fax on +27 (21) 531 3143.
You can also set your subscription to auto-renew which means that you will not need to remember or be reminded to renew your subscription in the future.
We will advise you each year of the pending renewal and any rate changes prior to automatically renewing your subscription.
How do I change my contact details?
Simply log into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and select "Update Details" option.
Alternatively, call us (on 0860 100 205) . You may also fax us (0866 704 101) or e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your update,
along with the date of your detail change. Finally you can write it on a piece of paper and return it to us with your latest magazine address bag – Box 596, Howard Place, 7450.
If you are using the alternative methods, try and have your subscriber number handy - it's a great help.
Are there any other costs involved in subscribing?
No, all prices quoted are the prices to be paid and are inclusive of VAT and postage. Foreign subscription rates include postage but not VAT.
How do I pay?
MAGSatHOME accepts Debit Order and Credit Card payment methods online. You can select 3-monthly, 6-monthly or single payment methods for Debit Orders.
You may also make a direct deposit and send us the proof of payment. The bank details are: RamsayMedia, Nedbank, Business Southern Peninsula, Current account no: 1232 073 059, Branch code; 1232 0900.
Cheques or postal orders should be made out to RamsayMedia and sent to Box 596, Howard Place, 7450.
How do I give a gift subscription?
Magazine subscriptions make a thoughtful and simple gift that you'll be remembered by each month. You can choose to send subscriptions of 6-month, 12-month or more (in multiples of 12 months).
On MAGSatHOME you will select the subscription then progress to the check out where you need to fill in YOUR details (we need this for payment and future communications).
There will then be a confirmation screen of your details with a button to prompt you to "Change Recipient Details". Click this if you are sending a gift and you can then enter the delivery details of the gift recipient.

How long will it take for me to receive my first issue?
Our magazine subscriptions work in cycles, so it will depend on what time of the month your payment is received for your subscription.
Generally it can take between 2 and 6 weeks for your first issue to reach you (other than for Toyota Zone, which is bi-monthly, so it may take up to 12 weeks for your first issue to reach you).
Please allow for up to 8 weeks if you live in another country. Your monthly issues thereafter should reach you in the third week of every month (or every second month for Toyota Zone).
What happens to my copies if I'm away from my normal address?
If you're going to be away for two months or more we can suspend delivery. If you are residing at an alternative address for 3 months or more, give us a month's notice and we'll transfer delivery of
your magazine to your temporary address (this applies to local subscriptions only). Phone us (on 0860 100 205) or

Do you give bulk discounts?
Subscriptions are a great way to reward your clients or event guests.We give great discounts on bulk subscriptions and can tailor-make an offer for you. We also give discounts on bulk magazine purchases.

Can I purchase back issues?
Unfortunately we don't sell back issues through the MAGSatHOME website. You can however purchase back issues by calling us to find out more on 0860 100 205, or

How are the foreign or overseas discounts worked out?
A 50% discount is given on the nett cover price of the magazine - then the delivery costs are added.
