It is definitely one of the best-engineered cars of all time and its reliability has no match. Alain Christian IS ROLLS IN The IS sedan has seen a mid-life refresh and now sports a dynamic new front fascia with new headlamps, large air intakes in the front bumper and an evolution of Lexus’ signature spindle grille design. On F Sport models, the grille features an exclusive three-dimensional F-mesh pattern with jet-black metallic coating that incorporates functional brake ducts. An enhanced character line on the side of the IS adds to its dynamic profile. A range of new alloy wheels complement the refreshed design and utilise revised spoke arrangements Wow! What a serial killer to the competitors the RC Coupé is; they must be scared. Thumbs up to the Lexus team for making this car such a great achievement. Smith Nxumalo Kaninda and machined surfaces to create a powerful visual statement. The updated rear design includes more pronounced L-shaped LED light guides with a triple layering feature in the tail light housing. New rectangular chrome exhaust tips accentuate the IS sedan’s sporting nature and tie in with the angular design ethos employed. Inside, a new multimedia screen has increased in size to 10.3 inches, the key update to the cabin. The new highresolution display offers a larger and clearer image of the various functions of the multimedia system. ‘Enter’ The LX is the most stunning vehicle! I would absolutely love to own one. New cup holder designs are reshaped to house larger smartphones. The existing lineup of powerful and efficient engines continue on the IS – 2.0-litre twin-scroll turbocharged and 3.5-litre quad cam V6.
