I really appreciate the service and look forward to visiting again. After my car was attended to, I became the happiest person and arrived safely at my destination in Gauteng. I am accustomed to the good service that I receive when I purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Over the years, my wife and I have bought six cars here, two of which were brand new. Collectively, with family members, we have purchased nine cars from McCarthy Toyota Durban North. This time round it was even more special. Sham Bhana was the Sales Executive. His approach was reserved and patient. When dealing with us, everything was done in a professional manner. Best of all was that I was informed throughout the process regarding paperwork and the progress regarding attention to minor body- work I requested on the car. Where credit is due, I like to state as much. A big thank you to Sham for his good customer service and effort to ensure our satisfaction.
